How it Works

We offer a project audit service that looks to compliance to a company’s product development process and the timeliness of maintaining project and resource data in the PD-Trak project portfolio management system. This can be done remotely or conducted onsite. It will produce a report that both identifies projects that are incomplete, projects where the data is out of date, and projects that have not been kept up as well as summarizes the overall compliance to the process.
