Evaluation System Request
Use the form below to request a free 30-day trial of our cloud based solution. We will provide a dedicated evaluation system (to qualifying companies) that includes a collection of sample projects to speed up the evaluation process, but also allows you to build your own sample projects and view the resulting data in the portfolio reports. This is a full featured version of the software which can be used to capture your current projects. This system can be migrated to become a production system should you decide to purchase PD-Trak.
Evaluation Terms and Conditions
PD-Trak Solutions, located in Clayton, California, USA, is providing access to PD-Trak™ Software for use by the company named above (referred to as the “Company”), to test and evaluate. By using this Software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement.
Acceptable Use
The software may be used for purposes of learning, testing, evaluating and piloting the operation of the software to support the Company’s projects. The software can be accessed and used by employees, contractors, and consultants engaged by the company who agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
Restrictions and Cautions on Use
The Company is prohibited from duplicating, lending, selling or otherwise transferring any parts of the Software. The Software may not be used for creating derivative works; and the Company agrees not to reverse engineer a similar product. No PD-Trak files or software tools may be used beyond the evaluation period unless licensed for use.
Ownership and Non-Disclosure
The Software is copyrighted and owned by PD-Trak Solutions, and all rights are reserved by PD-Trak Solutions. The Company agrees to take reasonable steps to protect the proprietary intellectual property represented by the Software. The Company, its employees and any contractors who are provided access to the software agree to not disclose any information about the software, which is not otherwise already in the public domain, to any other third parties.
Evaluation Period
The evaluation period shall be limited to thirty days unless otherwise extended by PD-Trak Solutions. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from PD-Trak Solutions if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon completion of the demonstration period or termination of this agreement, the Company agrees to cease use of the PD-Trak™ software and delete all PD-Trak™ files that may have been downloaded. Completion or termination of this agreement will not affect the restrictions on use, the ownership, and the non-disclosure provisions of this agreement.
General
PD-Trak Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from any cause. The laws of the State of California will govern this Agreement. This constitutes the entire agreement between PD-Trak Solutions and the Company.
